Plusnet LLU (Tiscalli)

I currently have my ADSL providied by plusnet and they currently have a problem with thier LLU provider (Tiscalli) in that authentication is failing, one useful bit of information in this posting is the test username for LLU lines (testing@dslconnect.co.uk) as the standard BT username (bt_test@startup_domain) doesn't work. In other plusnet news my LLU unbundled line is currently getting random disconnection every few hours which is very annoying when having Skype calls. Generally I am very unimpressed with the LLU line, but am not sure I want the hassle of trying to switch back to a BT one.
